Institute for Mobility, Technology and Society (IMTS)

The Institute for Mobility, Technology and Society (IMTS) is an international research initiative founded by Publiiq, focused on developing transformative innovations at the intersection of applied physics, engineering, and societal development.

IMTS conducts both fundamental and applied research aimed at creating breakthrough technologies with the potential to redefine global energy and mobility systems.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Atmospheric propulsion systems, including electro-aerodynamic technologies and ionic wind applications
  • Hydrogen-based mobility and energy infrastructure: production, storage, and distribution
  • Urban air mobility and sustainable transport, including vertical take-off and landing platforms (eVTOL)
  • Physics-driven research applied to real-world social and environmental challenges

The Institute brings together a multidisciplinary network of scientists, engineers, and technology experts from Europe, the US, the Gulf region, and Asia — all committed to advancing and implementing next-generation energy solutions.

The IMTS Scientific Council includes inventors and researchers whose patented technologies are already in use by leading global corporations or are nearing commercial deployment.

Operating as an independent unit within Publiiq, IMTS contributes to strategic initiatives such as A–SOLUTIONS and the Hydrogen Technology Center (HTC). Our mission is to transform advanced physical theory into scalable, impactful technologies — shaping a cleaner, smarter, and more socially responsible future.
